What is Energy Cleansing?

Energy cleansing is a practice aimed at clearing away negative or stagnant energy from a person, space, or object and restoring a sense of balance and harmony.

Everything has an energetic vibration, and that negative or stagnant energy can negatively impact our well-being. By clearing this energy, individuals can promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being and enhance their connection to their inner self, feel comfortable and peaceful in their home, or surroundings again.

Types of Negative Energies/Attachments

• Earth Bound Spirit or Entity in your space
  Spiritual energy attachments, in the context of metaphysical beliefs, refer to the idea that spirits or other non-physical entities can attach themselves to a person or place, influencing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Commonly described as Ghosts, or Hauntings.
  Symptoms are often non-specific and can include fatigue, depression, relationship problems, addictions, erratic behaviour, disturbances in your home or space, or a feeling of 'just not feeling right'.
• Past Life Attachment/s
  After death, a soul may not fully transition to the afterlife and can remain connected to the physical plane, potentially attaching to a living person. Past life attachments can be related to unresolved issues, trauma, or karmic connections from past lives.
  Psychological factors - Symptoms attributed to spirit attachment could also be related to psychological or emotional issues that require professional help.
• Cultivated Negative Energy
  It can come from negative people, from your surroundings, or from your own psyche and emit into your physical reality. It can leave you exhausted both mentally and physically. Negative energy perpetuates itself, therefore, breeding more negativity. Learning to deal with negative energy is important for your health and happiness.

After an initial telephone consultation, I will visit your home at a mutual agreed date and time. I bring along any items I feel necessary for your particular issue (ie, crystals, incense aroma, chimes, pendulum etc). When working in person, individuals as well as the home are included in the intentional cleansing practices. Travel costs will be factored into your quote, on request.

I don't need to be present to perform energy cleansing and protection for you, or your home, I can connect with you remotely, and through my Spirit Team connecting with yours, by the use of my Psychic abilities and a pendulum for accuracy. I seek out what needs to be remedied and proceed remotely, to cleanse, balance and positively recharge yours and your home's energetic frequency. This can be via video call, or a photograph/s.
